Refund Policy

Overview

This policy applies to consulting fees paid to Coregrid Hub Consulting Co., Ltd. for partnership strategy engagements booked through coregridhub.click or direct agreement.

Engagement deposits

New consulting engagements require a 40% deposit upon signing. Refund eligibility depends on project stage:

• Before kickoff: Full deposit refund if you cancel more than 14 calendar days before the scheduled kickoff date
• Within 14 days of kickoff: 50% of deposit refunded; remainder covers reserved consultant time
• After kickoff: Deposits are non-refundable once the engagement has commenced

Full and partial refunds after work begins

Once research, interviews, or draft deliverables have started:

• 0–25% of deliverables complete: Up to 50% of total engagement fee may be refunded at our discretion
• Beyond 25% complete: No refund of fees for work already performed; unused prepaid amounts for undelivered milestones may be credited toward future engagements within 12 months

Workshop cancellations

Expansion Readiness Workshops require full payment seven days before the session date.

• More than 14 days before workshop: Full refund
• 7–14 days before workshop: 50% refund or reschedule at no additional charge (one reschedule permitted)
• Less than 7 days before workshop: No refund; rescheduling subject to TWD 15,000 rebooking fee

Rescheduling

Kickoff sessions and workshops may be rescheduled once at no charge with at least seven business days’ notice. Additional rescheduling or late changes may incur administrative fees.

No-shows

Failure to attend a scheduled session without 48 hours’ notice counts as a no-show. No-shows forfeit that session’s allocated time; additional sessions are billed at standard hourly advisory rates.

Work already started

Materials produced, research conducted, and consultant hours logged before cancellation are non-refundable. You may receive partial deliverables proportional to fees retained.

Purchased materials

Third-party research reports, database access fees, or travel expenses prepaid on your behalf are non-refundable once purchased, regardless of engagement cancellation.

Non-refundable items

The following are never refundable:

• Completed deliverables accepted by the client
• Third-party costs incurred at your request
• Retainer months during which advisory hours were available (unused hours do not roll over unless agreed in writing)
• Rush surcharges for expedited timelines

Refund process

Submit refund requests to info@coregridhub.click with your engagement reference, payment date, and reason for cancellation. We acknowledge requests within three business days and process approved refunds within 14 business days to the original payment method.

Disputes

If you disagree with a refund determination, contact us to discuss. Unresolved disputes are handled under the governing law provisions in our Terms of Service.
