We are the data controller for personal information collected through coregridhub.click and our consulting engagements.

  • Engagement data: business documents, correspondence, and stakeholder information you provide during consulting projects
  • Technical data: IP address, browser type, pages visited, and referral source collected through essential and analytics cookies (see our Cookie Policy)
  • Communications: records of email and phone correspondence related to inquiries or engagements

Inquiry records are retained for up to 24 months unless an engagement proceeds. Engagement records are retained for seven years after project completion for legal and accounting purposes. Analytics data is retained according to our analytics provider’s default periods, typically 14 months.
