How we price engagements
Partnership consulting does not fit a single price tag. A two-week JV review costs less than a six-week multi-market partner mapping exercise. Below are starting points based on typical scopes. Every proposal includes a fixed fee or clearly defined milestone billing — no open-ended hourly surprises without prior agreement.
Partnership Strategy Assessment
From TWD 180,000
Includes kickoff workshop, stakeholder interviews, written report, and findings presentation. Complex multi-product portfolios or three-plus target markets may increase scope.
Market Entry Partner Mapping
From TWD 240,000
Per primary market researched. Additional markets or field visit requirements quoted separately. Rush timelines (under four weeks) carry a 20% urgency surcharge.
Joint Venture Structure Review
From TWD 150,000
Per agreement or term sheet. Bundled reviews of related ancillary documents (shareholder agreements, IP licences) available at reduced incremental cost.
Expansion Readiness Workshop
TWD 95,000
Full-day facilitated session for up to twelve participants. Venue and travel outside Greater Kaohsiung billed at cost with prior approval.
Advisory retainer
Some clients retain us for ongoing negotiation support during active deal cycles. Retainers start at TWD 45,000 per month for up to eight advisory hours, with additional hours at TWD 6,500 each. Retainer clients receive priority scheduling and direct consultant access between formal sessions.

Deposits and payment
New engagements require a 40% deposit upon signing, with the balance due at final deliverable acceptance. Workshop bookings require full payment seven days before the session date. We accept bank transfer in TWD; USD invoicing available for international clients.
